Business purpose

Beccaria Marketing LLC provides business to business marketing services. The website and Client Fit Application are intended for licensed life insurance agencies and producers seeking consideration for marketing services.

No insurance services

Beccaria Marketing LLC does not sell, solicit, quote, recommend, compare, negotiate, advise on, apply for, or enroll consumers in insurance. Licensed agencies remain responsible for insurance advice, consumer questions, quotes, recommendations, applications, underwriting communications, and sales.

Application submission

Submitting the Client Fit Application does not create an agreement, partnership, agency relationship, campaign approval, or guarantee of services. Beccaria Marketing LLC may accept, decline, or request additional information regarding an application.

No guarantees

Beccaria Marketing LLC does not guarantee lead volume, appointments, quotes, applications, policies, premiums, commissions, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, or any insurance or advertising outcome.

Client responsibilities

A client is responsible for maintaining all required licenses and authorizations, obtaining carrier, agency, IMO, FMO, platform, legal, privacy, advertising, and compliance approvals applicable to its business and proposed campaign. A client is also responsible for its advertising account, advertising spend, consumer contact, and sales activity unless a written agreement states otherwise.
